Terms and Conditions – Kingdom Of Souls Giveaway

Terms and Conditions: 

  1. This promotion is open to all US and UK residents. Some items as indicated will be open to international participants. 
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter this competition.
  3. How to enter: Complete the submission form, receive a confirmation that you have been accepted to participate, and complete the six prompts on the agreed-upon timeline. 
  4. The opening date for entries is 9/17/2019. The closing date for entries is 9/22/2019 at 8 pm EST. No entries received after this date will be accepted. Post dates for prompts will between 9/23/2019 through 10/14/2019.
  5. No purchase necessary.
  6. Only one entry allowed per household.
  7. Participants accepted and who complete the six prompts will receive a full set of character cards inspired by KINGDOM OF SOULS and access to a deleted chapter from Rudjek’s POV. In the case in which one attempt has been made to mail the character cards and failed, a participant will receive an alternate prize as determined by the contest organizer.
  8. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
  9. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
  10. The organizer reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  11. The grand prize winners (up to 4 depending on participation) of the competition will be drawn at random from all correct entries by an electronic system and notified via Twitter no later than 10/31/2019. When we require details from you to send the prize, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to select a different winner.
  12. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. The organizer reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
  13. The prize will be delivered to the winner between 11/1. The organizer reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
  14. Multiple entries are allowed.
  15. The organizer’s decision as to who has won the grand prizes shall be final.

  18. By entering the competition you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter this competition.
  19. By entering this competition you are agreeing that, if you win, your name and entry may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner via the Twitter account @KOSUpdates.
  20. Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement. 
  21. Under no circumstances will the organizer be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize.
  22. The organizer will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and the organizer can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
  23. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
